• Property information — your yard address and details you share with us (yard size, gate codes, pet names, notes).
• Booking information — the service you selected, number of dogs, preferred days and times.
• Payment information — we do not collect card details through this website. Before your first service, we collect a payment method in person or over the phone using our payment processor, Square. Your card details go directly to Square; we only receive a secure card reference and the last four digits. We never see or store your full card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To schedule, perform, and confirm your services.
• To contact you about your bookings by phone, text, or email (for example, "we're on the way" or "your yard is clean" updates).
• To charge the payment method you have authorized and send you an invoice or receipt once your service is complete.
• To respond to your questions and improve our services.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business:

• Square — for secure payment processing and invoicing.
• Supabase — for securely storing booking requests.
• ntfy — to alert our team that a new booking has come in. These alerts include your name, the service you requested, and your requested day and time. They do not include your address, phone number, or email.
• Other providers as needed to operate the website, or when required by law.

4. Text Messages & Communications

By providing your phone number, you agree that we may text or call you about your bookings and services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by letting us know.

5. Data Security & Retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and we rely on trusted providers (like Square) that maintain industry-standard security. We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Contact Us below); we will honor deletion requests except where we are required to keep records.

6. Cookies & Analytics

Our website may use basic cookies or similar technologies needed for the site and its booking tools to function. We do not use advertising trackers.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
